Support Your Local Salon

As we all navigate through this unprecedented time, Milbon would like to check-in with our community. With several states mandating temporary closings of salons due to COVID-19, we received many requests from stylists and salon guests to assist. While Milbon’s professional haircare products have always been delivered to salon guests upon stylist consultation since the inception of the brand, we want to show our full devotion to our salon partners. We are temporarily offering drop-shipments of Milbon retail products to residential addresses on the salon’s behalf to ensure that clients can continue to care for their hair at home with ease.

How it Works

Option 1: Salon guests can purchase directly from their stylist with available options such as curbside pickup, drop-offs, online on the salon’s website through Salon Interactive, or request that products are drop-shipped from Milbon.

Option 2: Salon guests can email us their retail order at [email protected] along with the information of the salon they buy Milbon products from (salon’s name, address, and phone number). Additionally please include your name, shipping address, and contact phone number so our customer care can reach out to you. The salon will retroactively receive full credit for the purchase.

Restrictions may apply. Salon guests may only purchase up to 2 pieces per item in our effort to prevent diversion. Salon guests may not purchase professional items. We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are maintaining a sanitary protocol compliant with the CDC’s guidelines with limited warehouse staff.

Milbon USA is salon-exclusive and should only ever be purchased directly from a salon or licensed professional in our network. Please inform us by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that Milbon products are being sold by an unauthorized retailer.


How to Support Your Local Salon

  • Stay connected with your stylist and lend a helping hand with a few suggestions:
  • Leave a positive review on the salon’s Facebook or Yelp page.
  • Give the salon or stylist a shout out on Instagram via your feed or Instagram Stories.
  • Like and share the salon or stylist’s content on your social media channels.
  • Purchase retail products directly from them.
  • Pay ahead for pre-booked appointments.
  • Visit our salon locator to find your nearest Milbon salon.
